You are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes, insurance, and other financial obligations arising from your earnings and activities under the Program.
3. Program Participation and Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Belgium. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update such details as needed.
4. Payment Terms and Financial Responsibilities
Payments will be made on a monthly basis based on the selected program (commission-based or per visitor). Gautam Diamonds will not withhold any taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities or other financial obligations related to these payments and agree to indemnify Gautam Diamonds for any issues resulting from your non-compliance with Belgian tax laws.
5. Confidentiality and Proprietary Information
As a Tour Guide, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information regarding Gautam Diamonds, including business practices, client information, and marketing materials. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without our express written consent.
6. Use of Website and Marketing Materials
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the marketing materials provided by Gautam Diamonds solely to promote our store and your services as a Tour Guide. You agree not to modify, alter, or misrepresent these materials in any way.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website and any materials provided in connection with the Tour Guide Program—including text, images, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of Gautam Diamonds or its suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any such content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gautam Diamonds, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program or your use of our website—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gautam Diamonds from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or any aspect of your participation in the Tour Guide Program.

11. Termination
Gautam Diamonds reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Tour Guide Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our marketing materials and representations of affiliation with Gautam Diamonds. Termination of participation does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Brussels, Belgium. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
13. Modifications to Terms
Gautam Diamonds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication. Your continued participation in the Tour Guide Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gautam Diamonds regarding your participation in the Tour Guide Program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written.
